Terms & Conditions for Noviak

Last updated: May 18, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Noviak (the "App" or "Service"), a web-based content approval platform operated by Aleksa Vujisic, an individual in Serbia ("we", "us", "our", or "Noviak"). We may use the trading name Fullstack Wiz (alias only, not a separate legal entity) in billing and payment processing, including through Paddle. Noviak is designed for creative and user-generated-content ("UGC") agencies: registered agency users ("Agency Users") may upload deliverables and share secure public approval links with their clients so those clients can approve or request revisions without creating an account. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is provided as software-as-a-service accessed through a compatible web browser. Noviak does not currently offer a dedicated mobile application. Features and availability may change during the public beta described in Section 5.

1. Accounts

1.1. Account Creation.Certain features require an Agency User account (for example authentication to the dashboard). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately at vujsa7@gmail.com.

1.2. Clients and public links.Individuals who receive a public approval link from an Agency User ("Client Reviewers") may use the Service to review designated content and submit approvals or revision requests without registering. Client Reviewers interact with Noviak solely through that link unless they separately contact us as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. User Content and Client Data

2.1. Deliverables you upload.Agency Users may upload or link content deliverables such as videos, images, documents, or related materials ("User Content") to operate the approval workflow. You retain ownership of intellectual property rights you hold in User Content.

2.2. Information you enter about clients.Where the Service allows, you may provide client names and email addresses so we can support notifications and the approval experience. You represent that you have the right to provide such information and, where applicable, lawfully relied-on authority to instruct us to process Client Reviewer personal data on your behalf for the Service (for example notifying the recipient about a pending review).

2.3. License to host and provide the workflow.By submitting User Content and related inputs, you grant Noviak a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, process, transmit, and display them solely to provide the Service—including generating and serving public approval links, recording approvals and revisions, sending notifications you configure, and operating the dashboard. This license ends when you delete the underlying content or your account according to our data practices (subject to lawful retention backups as described in the Privacy Policy).

2.4. Responsibility for content. You are solely responsible for User Content and for client information you supply. You agree not to submit content or instructions that:

  • Violate third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, etc.)
  • Are unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Contain viruses, malware, or interfere with the App's functionality

2.5. Access to deliverables via shared links.Uploaded User Content stored in the Service is intended to be accessible to the Agency User who uploaded it and anyone with whom they share an active public approval link. You are responsible for sharing links only with intended recipients and for revoking or rotating links when appropriate.

3. Public Approval Links

3.1. Function.Unique public URLs may be generated so Client Reviewers can open them in a standard browser, view the scoped deliverables, and respond with approval or a revision request and written feedback. Link behavior (including expiry or access scope) follows the functionality we make available in the Service.

3.2. Accuracy of responses.Approval and revision records reflect inputs submitted through the Service. Agency Users are responsible for confirming outcomes with clients when material decisions depend on those records.

4. Notifications

Agency Users may receive email notifications when Client Reviewers respond through a public link (for example approvals or revisions), subject to configured settings and deliverability factors outside our control. You agree that contact details you provide may be used for service-related notices.

5. Public Beta; Fees; Availability

5.1. Beta status.Noviak is currently offered as a public beta alongside optional paid plans for higher workspace limits (for example Solo, Studio, and Agency tiers described on our pricing page). Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are described in Sections 5.4 through 5.6. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue beta access, change tiers, or introduce new pricing. Where we materially change fees or take your subscription from free to paid, we will provide reasonable advance notice consistent with Section 12 and applicable law before charging you.

5.2. No sale of personal data by Noviak. As described further in our Privacy Policy, Noviak does not sell your personal data to third parties as a standalone business practice (subject to disclosures for service providers, compliance, or business transfers permitted there).

5.3. Availability. We aim to operate the Service reliably but make no uptime guarantee during beta. Maintenance, updates, bugs, Internet conditions, third-party integrations, or issues outside our reasonable control may affect access.

5.4. Billing and renewal.Subscription fees for paid tiers are billed at the start of each subscription period (as shown in checkout and your Paddle receipts). You may cancel your subscription at any time according to Paddle and in-app workflows; cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated there. Refunds are handled by Paddle as described in Section 5.6.

5.5. Price changes. We may update subscription fees or introduce new pricing. Where required or appropriate, notice will be provided via email or in-app at least 30 days before changes affecting your renewal. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

5.6. Refunds. For paid plans, Paddle is the merchant of record. Charges may appear on your statement or receipts under Fullstack Wiz or Aleksa Vujisic; both refer to the same operator. Cancellations, withdrawals, refunds, and related time limits are governed by Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law; where those rights exceed Paddle's policy, the higher protection applies. To cancel a subscription, withdraw where applicable, or request a refund, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle confirmation email, your billing page where available, or paddle.net. For product or access issues, you may also contact us at vujsa7@gmail.com in line with Paddle's process for technical or defect-related refunds. If you receive a refund in accordance with Paddle's policies, access to the relevant paid plan features will cease.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Our Content & Trademarks. All App content (excluding User Content supplied by users), logos, designs, and trademarks attributable to Noviak are the property of Noviak or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivatives, or publicly display our proprietary materials without permission.

6.2. Feedback & Suggestions. If you provide feedback or suggestions ("Feedback"), you grant Noviak an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such Feedback without compensation or obligation to credit you.

7. Promotions, Contests, and Sweepstakes

From time to time, we may run promotions, contests, or sweepstakes ("Promotions"). Each Promotion will have separate rules and eligibility requirements. By participating, you agree to those rules. We may cancel or modify Promotions at any time without notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal purposes or in violation of law
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
  • Probe, circumvent, scrape, overload, reverse engineer where prohibited by law or these Terms, or otherwise impair the integrity or availability of the Service
  • Use automated systems to abuse public links or access restricted App areas
  • Upload unsolicited advertising, spam, or malicious content
  • Collect personal data of individuals without lawful basis where required
  • Share or brute-force discovery of approval URLs for content you should not access

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. It explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1. No Warranties. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, especially during beta. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, preservation of every approval record indefinitely, absence of vulnerabilities, perfect email delivery, or that the Service satisfies every agency or compliance requirement without your independent assessment (including when handling regulated or confidential client materials).

10.2. Your business judgments and client relationships.Noviak is a tooling layer for approvals and revisions. You remain responsible for your creative work, timelines, contractual obligations toward clients and third parties, verifying deliverables suitable for deployment, backups where needed, and legal compliance of your engagements. Our records of approvals or revisions are not legal advice about whether you fulfilled any contract or regulatory duty.

10.3. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Noviak, its officers, employees, or affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or pure economic damages arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability on any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to Noviak for paid use of the Service in the twelve (12) months before the events giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) if you have not paid fees during that period.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia. Disputes will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted in or through the Service with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law. If changes are material and we are required or choose to notify you separately, we will use reasonable means such as email or an in-Service notice.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Agency User access at any time, with or without cause, including violations of these Terms or operational needs affecting beta. Sections that by nature should survive—such as ownership where applicable, privacy-related commitments where applicable, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law—will remain in effect. You may stop using the Service at any time; refer to our Privacy Policy for deletion options.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1. Severability. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

14.2. Waiver.Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

14.3. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Noviak regarding the Service.
